Quality Assurance Document Compilation
We compile all the Quality Assurance (QA) records such as images, checklists, producer statements, and inspection documents from council and consultants. Once we get them, we will organize them into a presentable format to go along with the O&M Manual.
Asbuilt Drawings
Reflex Consultants acknowledges the possibility of revisions to drawings in the tender, consent, and construction stages of a project. As a part of the services we provide, we are committed to incorporating these revisions into the as-built drawings. We are capable of making drawings in either CAD or Revit and they can be delivered as both CAD/RVT files and PDFs.
All that is required from you is the CAD/Revit documents with changes highlighted, and we will then digitally incorporate them into the drawing. We will be able to also upload them for you on to Aconex, Procore, OmTrak or any other digital platforms as required.
As-built Drawings can prove to be advantageous when a client desires to reconfigure the building's design, since they exhibit the exact positions of the services that have been constructed during the construction phases of a building.
